The seller, Balwyn Margaret River Pty Ltd, provide the landscaping assistance; they take pride in creating the attractive verges and open spaces.

All residents are provided with a generous front landscaping package, as well as boundary fencing. This is to ensure Rapids Landing continues to uphold its stance as the leading residential estate in Margaret River and the distinct style and character of the streetscape are maintained, and the Estate’s natural surrounds are respected and sustained.   

All garden areas within public view are to be landscaped within six months of occupation of the dwelling.
